We source our beans from some of India's finest coffee growing regions — including Chikmagalur and the Biligirirangan Hills of Karnataka. Our single-origin coffees come from specific estates like Baarbara Estate, Salawara Estate and Attikan Estate, carefully selected for their exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles.
Very fresh. We roast in small batches and ship every order within 48 hours of roasting. The roast date is printed on every bag so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is. We recommend enjoying it within 30 days of the roast date for the best flavour.
Store your coffee in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it at room temperature — avoid the fridge or freezer as moisture can damage the beans. For best results, grind only what you need just before brewing and consume within 30 days of the roast date printed on your bag.
Our Boss's Brew and El Classico are perfect for traditional South Indian filter coffee. Both are roasted dark enough to pull a strong, thick decoction that pairs beautifully with hot frothy milk. If you want something bolder and more intense, The God Father is our strongest option.
All our coffees work with most home brewing methods. Bold and dark roasts like Boss's Brew, The God Father and El Classico work best with moka pot, espresso, and South Indian filter. Light and medium roasts like Tropical Delight, Origin Untouched and Mrs. Intense shine with pour over, V60, and cold brew. Each product page includes a specific brew guide.
